Just received an electronic addition issued at 4:30 pm today (December 4, 2029) about the proposed development for purpose-built rental units. While reading the Staff Report for the first time, I post the item for the public to review and comment given the short period of time before Council’s meeting for a decision on Wednesday, December 9 at 9:30 am.

The current revised proposal consists of 2 buildings at 43 and 38 storeys at the southeast corner of Yonge St. & 16th Ave. Please forward written comments to: clerks@richmondhill.ca or request for making delegation to Council by noon, December 8, 2020.
