As part of the Town’s Official Plan process, the Town is conducting a number of studies, including the Richmond Hill Regional Centre Design and Land Use Study.

York Region has identified the Yonge Street and Highway 7 area as one of the Regional Centres.  The Study will look at issues related to land use and urban design in this area.

A Public Consultation session has been scheduled –

The Town’s Planning Department has mailed out notices regarding the public consultation session to the residents in or near the Regional Centre area.
